What is your background?
We are Mathematicians who have worked in various businesses where the repeated use of Excel spreadsheets has been obviated.

I can create spreadsheets myself, why come to you?
While it is true that the average office employee can be quite adept at Excel, there are many who don’t work in an office and still carry out the majority of their tasks repeatedly on a calculator.

So, if I’m an office employee can I still come to you?
Absolutely. We specialize in advanced Excel programming. We utilize many advanced Excel capabilities in our spreadsheets with which even veteran Excel users may be unfamiliar. In addition as Mathematicians we are intimately familiar with the various Mathematical/logical functions and their syntax. We utilize them to save you time.

Are your spreadsheets creative?
We have a creative string to our bow which is charged with the aesthetic value of our spreadsheet, its design, readability and the friendliness of a page on which you may be working for several hours.

What if I need a great deal of data handling?
Depending on the size of the data that is being handled, we format your spreadsheets to give you your desired information on several linked pages. This will ensure that you can see your results with the least amount of scrolling.

What if I delete one of your programmed cells by accident?
Before we send you your spreadsheets, we protect all the cells containing formulae. This way we protect you from accidental deletions and keep the integrity and reliability of the spreadsheet intact.

Will the formulae you have used be visible?
As with the purchase of any software on the market, the code or the programming is hidden from the user. We pride ourselves on the performance, reliability and ease- of-use of our programs and you will have no confusion with what a cell’s functionality may be.

I am a business owner. Why would I outsource my spreadsheet design and creation instead of letting my employees handle it?
While in many cases employees can be experienced, they may not be aware of the many functions and capabilities of Excel. After all that is not their specialty. It is ours! We can provide you with the latest most efficient technology that often takes less time to put together and because it is already built into Excel can in many cases cross-reference other data to avoid errors. So you’ll have a better product that can save you time day after day and which is created faster.

Will I be able to use the spreadsheet year after year?
Absolutely. We advise you to create a back-up copy of your spreadsheets upon first download. This will be your clean copy and you can use the SAVE AS feature to create a new version for each week, month or year depending on what the program does.

What special licenses are there for your programs and will they expire?
Once you have purchased your spreadsheet, you can use it forever. The program will not become inactive due to any programming we have done, unless it clearly states so. Most non-trial spreadsheets have no expiration date.

Will there be updates to your programs from year to year?
Depending on customer questions/feedback, the nature of the spreadsheet, and additional requests for greater functionality, new updates may become available.

Will these updates be automatically sent to me?
Updates are not automatically sent to you if you have a working, bug-free spreadsheet. However they may be purchased at a reduced upgrade fee upon request. We suggest you keep up to date with our site by adding your name to our opt-in mailing list (to the left of your window in the grey) and visiting our site frequently. We shall update you with an e-mail every so often or whenever a new product is introduced.

What if I am not satisfied with the product once I have received it?
While every effort is made to describe the functionality of each spreadsheet that is available for sale, accurately, there may be times when a customer is confused by what they are getting. We treat complaints on a case by case basis and will try to resolve the situation in the most amicable way. Unfortunately once the software has been downloaded we can’t offer a refund and ask for the spreadsheet to be returned, as the file can be easily copied. We suggest you contact us if you have questions about any particular product before purchase.

Suppose I am happy with my new spreadsheet but need it to do more…
If you need a spreadsheet you have purchased to be customized for your particular needs, that can be done reasonably inexpensively depending on how much extra functionality is required and the time-frames involved.

How quickly can you put together something simple?
Very quickly! Through our years of experience in developing Excel spreadsheets we have acquired much knowledge and discovered many short-cuts.
